HOW MANY DAYS DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY PURCHASE
Returns may be made by VisionEdge online store. If you would like to return an item, you must notify VisionEdge within 14 days from the date of delivery. You will then have 14 days from the notification date to return your item to the address on the return shipping label or to a VisionEdge.
HOW DO I PACKAGE MY ITEM FOR RETURN?
As long as you've decided you would like to return/exchange. Please let us know. You will have 14 days from the date of delivery to follow below steps:

Sign to your account and under My Orders, Select the Order that containing your items you would like to return/exchange.

Click on "Return/Exchange" button and choose the reason for return.

Check the box to agree with our Return Policy.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY FUND?
VisionEdge will take roughly 14 business days to process returned items and returns may only be issued to same methods of payment used for original purchase.
